Exposure with Response Prevention Clinician
Panacea Therapy Group is seeking enthusiastic, evidenced based clinicians to join their team! We pride ourselves on providing ethical, evidenced based services to individuals who are struggling with obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, bodily focused repetitive behaviors, and post-traumatic stress disorder. At this time, we are seeking for a highly motivated clinician to fulfill waitlist services to individuals seeking care for the variety of difficulties listed above. Training and supervision will be provided to those with little to no knowledge.
Ideal candidates for this position:

Proficient with or willing to learn electronic medical record keeping systems; specifically Simple Practice.
Licensed professional counselor (or equivalent licensure) in the State of Oklahoma. Additional licenses a plus
Organized and able to respond to requests for services promptly.
Knowledgable and educated with regards to:
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Bodily Focused Repetitive Behaviors (i.e. Trichotillomania, Excoriation, etc)
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (TF-CBT certification a plus)
Typical presentations of mood dysregualtion disorders (i.e. SAD, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety)
Works well in a collaborative environment with other practitioners
Paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Healthchoice (optional)
Must be able to pass drug and driving background checks
Ability to manage a weekly client contact between 20-25 hours.
Compensation
Panacea Therapy Group offers competitive reimbursement rates for clinicians based on experience. Most reimbursement for independent contractors is between 70-80% of services billed. Candidates are paid via direct ($45/hour) and indirect rates
($25/hour).
Access to technology can be available for clinicians who need it (e.g. computers or televisions)

Administrative assistant (Daytime)
Panacea Therapy Group is seeking a warm, inviting, detail oriented individual to serve as our front staff administrative assistant. This position will be responsible for multiple aspects of day-to-day business activities that will assist clinicians and administrative staff.
Ideal candidates for this position:

Proficient with or willing to learn electronic medical record keeping systems; specifically Simple Practice.
Ability to utilize typical office based technologies such as phone systems, computers, and common applications within an office setting such as Microsoft Office and internet browsers.
Professional demeanor with ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with many different clients types and professionals. Take messages and relay them to their respective clinician or administrator. Timely response to phone calls and email appointment requests IS A MUST.
Culturally competent individual with the ability to express acceptance of others experiences and beliefs that may differ from their own.
Compensation
This position is a part time position for 25-hours per week M - F. This position will pay $10 per hour worked. After 6-months of work, you will qualify for PTO equal to your hours work (i.e. 25-hours per year).
